Disabling the suspension on a bike / cycle?

Hello. I have a claud butler urban 200. I do not need the suspension though and was wondering if only I could. Turn it off?

Do not think there's a lockout on the forks. You can change the rigid forks for pretty cheap. Most bike shops will have some used for sale or available online.

How high should my bike seat?

I have it on the handlebars, but when the pedal is all my way down my leg is not fully extended. And there are other ways to mount efficient technique wise. Because I ride my bike a lot. Thank you.

Should I buy a bike seat that fits small child in front of me or behind me?

I'm not sure whether to buy the new style bicycle seat child such as: http://www.weeride.com.au/ or traditional style sits in the back of the bike. I know there are so weight, but it is practically the only negative I can see so far. Any information about them for those who have them?

You have water in your engine RUN IT somehow not up to drain'm probley wrong but I do not think the water is "liquid" cooling Are you sure P has not someone with it off and pour water in your crankcase If by chance is liquid cooled, its a leak in a water jacket or head meeting but would not be clear
