If you ask any rider, their views about training on a turbo trainer inside, you will receive a mixed response. Some will tell you that is pure torture others seem to quite enjoy it. I know of a high-level cyclist often goes 6 hours at a time inside turbo.

These are some good reasons to train in a turbo.

1. Avoid the winter time. Cycling in cold wet conditions can be dangerous, turbo training avoids all these problems. This is especially useful in winter, the alternative to training in can be the formation in the dark.

2. Avoid road rage. It is a sad fact that cyclists seem achieve increasingly harsh treatment in the way of other users. How to cut a four-wheel drive can often spoil a good session training.

3. You can control the environment. Many of the pilots in size to its interior in a range of turbo, and that scientists can monitor interval sessions. In the ways that may be difficult to follow a specific training plan because you have to stop traffic. Also if you are doing very high intensity intervals that do not want to have to be thinking about other traffic on the roads. A range of hard reality should you take to the limit. 2. Use turbo for mainly high intensity training. A lot of modern training techniques focus on the quality of training rather than quantity. Unless a professional is not necessary to spend hours every day. Training session of 1 hour can be very beneficial if you train on the right side.

4. A good fan is a necessity. Training on the inside can make you uncomfortably hot. If you train yourself to be inside have a very good range. In the summer of two fans are needed. It is better to have enough wind to cool the need for a base layer to absorb sweat. If too Hot on the turbo will not last at all.

5. Make sure your driving position is comfortable, but also must match the position of their usual driving position, otherwise it may become susceptible to injury when switching between the two.
